Refund policy

We want you to love your Ocean Pups items. If something isn’t right, you can return it under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unused

• In perfect, resaleable condition

• Free from hair, dirt, odours, or damage

• In original packaging (if applicable)

 

We may request a photo of the item before approving the return to confirm its condition.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used harnesses

• Items showing wear, marks, or damage

• Custom or personalised items (if you ever add these)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
