Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Your items will be despatched within 3-5 working days, they will then be despatched with Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service. Bank holiday orders may take slightly longer!

Ocean Pups Boutique are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail - this is out of our control. If you have not received your order 1 week after your despatch email please contact us via email.

Our delivery charges include:

  • Uk 48hr standard tracked delivery -
    £3.50
  • E.U delivery - £9.50
  • International delivery - £12.50

We are not responsible for any additional charges including - taxes, custom charges, import fees that may incurre whilst shipping outside of the UK.

 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure your items have not been worn (other than trying on the products), in good condition and haven't been washed - the item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it.

Ocean Pups Boutique have a 14 day return policy, you have up to 14 days to request a return.

Please ensure the items) are securely sealed in the packaging - please make sure to put your name and order details inside.

We would recommend posting the items) on a track delivery service and keeping the proof of postage.

You will be notified once the item(s) have arrived, been inspected and if it has been approved or not. You will be refunded back to the original payment method - refunds can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

Returns received within the 14 days will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs.

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, if you would a different size, colour etc. raise a refund and place a new order.


DAMAGES

If your item arrives damaged/faulty please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If you have received the wrong items or you have an issue with the order contact oceanpupsboutique@hotmail.com as soon as possible. If we have made a mistake we will cover the shipping costs.

If you have a fault please can you send across an email with the following information:

  • Forename and surname

  • Order number

  • If you are unable to locate the order number please send across your delivery address.

  • Photos of the damage/fault.
